Crescent College of Education for Women Admission 2024 | UG & PG Course Last Date

Crescent College of Education for Women was established in 2005 by Dr. B.S. Abdur Rahman. The college is located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Crescent College was earlier affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai but now it is affiliated with TamilNadu Teachers Education University, Chennai and approved by the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE). The main aim of the college is to aspire young womens to be a role model in teacher education, training and research in education. The college offers facilities like Hostels for girls, Library, Computer Lab, medical facilities, science laboratories and workshops.

 

Crescent College of Education Admission 2024

 

Crescent College only offers undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in subjects like Tamil, English, Mathematics, Biological Science, Computer Science and History. The duration of the course is two years. The fees for the college is divided in different sections like (Application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, exam fees, hostel fees and mess fees). The total fees would be Rs. 55,000 per year.

 

Eligibility:

 

For admission in the B.Ed course students must have passed their 10+2 examinations and graduation with at least -OC 50%, BC / BCM 45%, MBC/ DNC 43% and for it is SC / SCA/ ST 40%. This eligibility criteria should be fulfilled by the students applying for the admission.

 

Undergraduate Admission;

 

Students can apply for the undergraduate course by filling the application form. They can find the application form on the official website of the college. Admission for the B.Ed course is done on the basis of the merit-list only. The application form must carry the correct information like name, email id, address and educational details. Documents like 12th certificate, transfer certificate, graduation marksheet and reserved category certificate must be uploaded in the form. The application form fee should be paid at the time of submitting the form
