The basic eligibility criteria for C.S. Jain Teacher Training Institute are as follows :

• For B.Ed admission the candidate has to pass in B.Sc/B.A/M.A.(Economics) with an aggregate of 50% marks for FC (Field Course) students, for BC(Backward Classes )students an aggregate of 45% and for MBC(Most Backward Classes ) students an aggregate of 43% is necessary respectively. For SC(Scheduled caste) students passing marks is sufficient.
• For M.Ed the requirements are to get an aggregate of 50% marks in B.Ed whereas for SC candidates pass is sufficient.
• For a Diploma in teacher training the requirements are to pass higher secondary with an aggregate of 45%.
