Devarajan College Of Education is located in Nagapattinam District, Vedaranyam, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 2009. Devarajan College is approved by (NCTE), Bangalore and affiliated to Tamilnadu Teacher Education University, Chennai. The aim of the college is to impart standard education and to develop moral values and social skills into the students. This college is managed by S.D.VIJAYALAKSHMI EDUCATIONAL TRUST founded by S.DEVARAJAN. The college offers facilities like library, computer lab, sports and games, transportation services, extra curricular activities, medical facilities, science laboratories and career guidance cell.

 

Devarajan College Admission 2024

 

Devarajan College offers Undergraduate course in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) for the duration of two years. The annual intake is hundred students. There are optional courses for the students like Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, Computer Science, History, Commerce and Economics.

 

Eligibility:

 

The candidates must have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of  study and passed XII examinations from any recognized board. Students must have completed their graduation in any relevant subject. The minimum marks required for the admission is different for every category of students like (OC- 50%, BC- 45%, MBC/DNC- 43%, SC/ST-40%). Any students who don't fulfill the eligibility criteria for the admission will not be allowed to apply for the admission in the college.

 

Undergraduate Admission

 

 Students who wish to apply for the Bachelor's degree can download the application form from the official website of the college (http://devarajanbed.org/). Students must fill in all the details carefully and upload these following documents: (10th and 12th marksheet, Undergraduate marksheet, Transfer certificate, Caste Certificate, Income certificate and a Passport size photo.
