Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Education for Women, Perambalur was established in 1994 the college is being managed and run by Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan educational and charitable trust the college has been approved by National Council for teacher education and currently it is affiliated to Tamilnadu teachers education University Chennai their main is to import quality education by adopting innovative ways in order to become a centre of learning, Research and training the college has different clubs which includes Tamil Mandaram, English literally club, science club, economics club and mathematics club students can take part in various activities that are being organised by these clubs from time to time some of the facilities that the college offers there students include classrooms library placement cell, educational technology hostel and transport they also provide some student support services such as parent teacher Association, placement training career counselling counselling grievance and redressal cell and they always adopt a student helping tendency towards test student activities which are prominently organised include educational technology Computer Education, physical education and health education craft work experience and citizenship training camp other extra curricular activities includes seminars workshops, conference Inter College competitions sports day and Annual Day celebrations various activities and faculty development program.

They offer a course in bachelor of education which is a 2 year course and has been approved by ncte with our ID of optional subject that are being offered and includes Tamil English maths physical science biological science computer science history and economics.

Eligibility 

Students should have passed the graduation degree examination in a 10 + 2 + 3 pattern. There are different passing percentages for different categories of students candidates who have post graduation qualification and have secured 50% of marks in pg degree will be only considered for economics and Commerce optional subjects.

Process

Students can visit the college campus physically and obtain the application form they can submit by duly filling it along with the required documents. Merit list is being prepared by the college and displayed on the college notice board students can take a note of that And upon that basis admissions are granted.
