Don Bosco College of Education and Research Institute is located in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 2003. Don Bosco is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University(TNTEU), Chennai and was recognized by the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE). The main motto of the college is to develop integral values through individual and group work in a family atmosphere. And to work towards the academic excellence and entrepreneurship skills of the students. The college offers facilities like Library, Computer Lab, Wi-fi campus, Science Laboratories, Sports, Medical Facilities and cafeteria.

 

Don Bosco College of Education Admission 2024

 

Don Bosco offers undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) for the duration of two years. Annual fees of the college for this particular course is ₹35,000.

 

Eligibility:

 

Students are only eligible for the course if they have passed their 10+2 examinations from any recognized board. And their graduation in any subject with at least 45% marks for the reserved category students and 50% marks for the general category candidates. These eligibility criterias are set by the college and must be fulfilled by the candidates, then only they can apply for the admission in the college.

 

Undergraduate Admission:

 

Admission to the B.Ed course is done only on the basis of the merit-list. Students need to fill in the online application form that is available on the college website. Application form must be filled carefully with all the correct details like name, address, email id, contact number, parent information and their educational details. Students would be required to upload their 12th certificate, graduation certificate, transfer certificate, category certificate (SC/ST) and a passport size photograph with their signature.
