KMG College Of Education is an educational institution located in the Tamil Nadu state of India in Pollachi. It was established in 1955 with the goal to assist people who lack access to quality education to people living in the remote areas of villages in Pollachi.

Adding to this, the institution has well-maintained infrastructure facilities along with its mission to transcend its services of teaching to provide society with competent professionals. Furthermore, the vision of this institution is to develop a spirit of community development and service-mindedness with its superior curriculum. Other basic facilities provided are transportation facilities for the people living in nearby villages, a Hostel facility, a library, and a laboratory too.

 

 

KMG College of Education Admission 2024

The college offers a one-year Secondary Teacher Education Programme in a regular course for both boys and girls.

It presently offers options in subjects like Tamil, English, Maths, physics chemistry biochemistry, plant biology, biotechnology, zoology, history, computer science, commerce, and economics too. When the admissions are on the information sessions are carried out to disseminate other important information about the admission process.

 

Eligibility

The candidate must have completed their secondary education from any recognized board or exam.

The aggregate marks necessary for the candidates belonging to different communities to take admission to this institution are as follows:

  • For OC, he/she must have an aggregate of 50%
  • For BC, he/she must have an aggregate of 45%
  • For MBC, he/she must have an aggregate of 43%
  • For SC/ST, he/she must have an aggregate of 40%
