M.G.R college ( Arts and science) came to existence in the year 1988. The college is located at hosur , Tamilnadu. The college was set up by Adhiyamaan Educational and Research Institution Trust. It was approved by the University Grants Commission and NAAC , it was graded B+ by the NAAC. It is a private institute which is affiliated to Periyar University, Salem . The college offers 31 courses across 12 streams in which it offers 12 undergraduate courses, 9 postgraduate courses and 4 Ph.D programmes. The college has top class infrastructure and great facilities including wifi campus , well equipped and advanced laboratories.

Eligibility

To be elligible for the admission in the Undergraduate courses, the student must finish 10+2 and get minimum pass percentage from any recognised board. In the case of postgraduate courses the graduation is the minimum elligibilty. For Ph.D , it is to get the 2 years masters in their specification.
