S.R.M. College of Education is a private institute located in Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 2007 by Mr. Ln. Dr. A.M. Subramanieyan and also by The advisor of the trust Nallasiriyar Tmt. Rani subramanieyan. S. R. M college is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college aims at providing quality education to all in the field of teaching. The college offers facilities like science laboratories, computer lab, transportation services, library, canteen, sports, medical facilities and well-equipped classrooms. The college was named Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya Nursery and Primary School earlier and after this it was named Matric Higher Secondary School.

 

S.R.M College of Education Admission 2024

The college only offers undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) for 2 years with the annual fees of ₹46,500. Students can opt for B. Ed in any of the subjects like Tamil, English, mathematics, physical science and biological science.

 

Eligibility:

The college has set some basic eligibility criteria for the admission in the B. Ed course. Students must clear their 10+2 examinations and their graduation degree in any relevant subject. They must have obtained at least 45% marks for a SC/ST candidate and 50% marks for a general category candidate in aggregate. Admission is purely on the basis of merit-list.

 

Undergraduate Admission

For the admission in undergraduate courses students need to fill the application form. The application form is available on the official website of the college. Documents like graduation degree are a must, passport size photograph and if students have any caste certificate they need to submit that too. Students must keep in mind that any mistake done in the online application form will not be corrected again.
