About the college

White Memorial College of Physiotherapy is situated in Attoor. The College is run by the White Memorial Educational Society which is a Charitable Society registered under Travancore – Cochin Literacy and Scientific Charitable Societies Registration Act. XII/1955 as No.18 of 1974 on 11th day April 1974 with Registrar of Societies Kanyakumari District. The Society was organized by SDA Christian people and into prime aim is to establish various professional institutions in the country. Now Society runs various Institutions such as Hospitals, School and Colleges. White Memorial College of Physiotherapy is committed to excellence in helping students reach their full potential by developing their academic competencies, critical thinking skills, communication proficiency, civic responsibility, with moral values, high standards of integrity and excellence affirming and challenging each other. We also committed to provide professionally oriented training for the Physiotherapists to meet in national and international standards of physiotherapy. The College has buses to provide conveyance to the students and staff who come from far places. The College library contains many books of all fields which are useful for the reference of the students and staff members.

 

White Memorial College of Physiotherapy Admission 2024

To take admission in this College, the following certificates have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 3 Photostat Copies):

  • Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
  • HSC /Pre-Degree / AISSCE/ ISCE/ Intermediate or equivalent mark statement.
  • Migration Certificate for the students who have passed other than HSC Examination of Tamil Nadu.
  • Community Certificate

Eligibility

To take admission in course like Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T). Both male and female candidates can apply. They must have passed HSC or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 35% mark in each subject. And should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission. The course is of 4 years 6 months with intake capacity of 60 students.
