About the college-

The Kalna Banalata Society, a social welfare organisation operating with the goals and purposes of peace, unity, and the general development of society, is where Khamargachi B.Ed. College gets its start. The Kalna Banalata Society runs the Khamargachi P.T.T.I., a teacher training institute that has been approved by NCTE (ERC). The college has excellent facilities with a large number of class rooms, an assembly hall, and other necessary spaces, a library that is adequately equipped, has a reading area, and has a large enough collection of books provided to all the students seeking admission into the college.
